How to Succeed, Know Your Limits and It Is Okay to Say “No”

I have come to learn that you cannot do everything and you cannot please everyone. You must learn to put yourself first at times before others. Also, as a Christian, you do not always have to say “yes” to everything and everyone. You must learn to take time out for yourself and take care of your needs.

When you do say “yes”, commit and do it. But, do only what you can do and do not try to overextend yourself. Know your limits of what you can do and what you can not do. I have learned that at times I must take a break from pleasing others and take time to please myself. I am starting to enjoy myself and now I am unapologetic when I say “no”.
