How to Succeed, Learn to Adapt!
I Corinthians 9:19, 22 “v.19…I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain more. V.22 I am made all things to all men that I might by all means save some.” Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a God man are ordered by the Lord.” In life, you will face trials and tribulations and you must be ready to face them head on. Apostle Paul understood in order to bring people to Christ, you had to be flexible in your approach. He learned that you had to reach people in different ways and he constantly adapted how he approached individuals regarding Jesus Christ.
General George S. Patton, Jr. said, “Successful generals make plans to fit circumstances, but do not try to create circumstances to fit plans.” When you have a clear plan to reach your destination, you can’t be inflexibility. You must learn to be flexible and be willing to try other options to reach your destination. If having difficulty moving forward, don’t revise your dream, but revise your plan. It is good to have more than one plan to reach your dreams and goals.
The best way to face the unknown of the future is to put your full faith in God, remain flexible, and consider all your options as events unfold. A rigid mindset won’t serve you at all when you’re trying to fulfill your God-given talent. Must learn to be open, stay flexible, and learn to adapt to all situations.
