How to Succeed: Put in the Work!
I Cor. 16: 7-10, “V7 For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry awhile with you, if the Lord permit. V8 But, I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost. V9 For a great door and effectual is opened to me, and there are many adversaries. V10 Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear; for he works the work of the Lord, as I also do.”
When God gives you an assignment to do, you must do it and complete it. You should always follow through with every task commissioned by God to you. The devil will do everything in his power to distract you from completing God’s task. But, you must move forward because God will provide you with what you need to beat the devil. Never underestimate the power God has given you to complete His task.
You will be fighting an uphill battle when it comes to doing the work of the Lord. Jesus had to deal with a lot when He was on earth trying to bring people (souls) to God. Jesus knew He would have to die to save us from our sins. But, this did not deter or stop Jesus from doing His job assigned to Him by God.
Like Jesus Christ, you must press forward and complete the job God has ordained for you to do.
