Business Development & Conflict Resolution

We assist individuals with starting their own businesses because small business is key to economic independence and community sustainability.

Surround Yourself with Like-Minded Individuals!

Sometimes the very same people who claim to love you will be the same ones who will turn their backs on you.  You cannot allow the ignorance of others to get you off course.  You need to remove yourself from negative people and surround yourself with positive people.  It is advisable to create a “circle of like-minded” individuals who will bring out the greatness in you and expect excellence from you as well.

Matthew 18:18-20 clearly defines what it means to be surrounded by “like-minded” individuals who want the best from you.  Matthew 18:18, “Whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 18:19, “That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father.” Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them.”

As Matthew 18:18-20 states, “only need two to touch and agree”.  It only takes one person to give you the strength and encouragement to live your God-given life.  You cannot allow any negative person to steal your joy and peace.  People will attack you and make false accusations against you.  People love to make you look bad because they know that you are covered and protected by the “blood of Jesus Christ”.  Spend time with people who will uplift you and not tear you down.

Ignore the naysayers because God has provided each of us with a good cheering section of family and friends in Christ.  You have to be a positive support system for others as well.
